Brian Craft
 Brian Craft has practiced law in East Texas for over 23 years as both a transactional and trial attorney. Mr. Craft offers a unique perspective on litigation in state and federal court in the Eastern District of Texas. His practice focuses primarily on trial law in the areas of employment, patent litigation, civil rights defense of government entities, and commercial litigation. With the recent flood of patent litigation in the Eastern District of Texas, Mr. Craft has gained significant experience with local counsel representation of internationally known companies.Mr. Craft’s recent focus on patent litigation provides insight into the Eastern District of Texas and also allows for cost-effective assistance in document production and discovery matters.
In the area of employment law, Mr. Craft primarily represents employers in all types of litigation. He also is an experienced advisor on issues geared towards the prevention of litigation, when possible.
His representation includes the successful defense of governmental entities at the summary judgment stage of litigation and through trial. Mr. Craft also has considerable experience in civil rights cases.
As a commercial lawyer, Mr. Craft represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
