Brian Craft
Brian Craft has practiced law in East Texas for 25 years as both a transactional and trial attorney. Mr. Craft offers a unique perspective on litigation in state and federal court in the Eastern District of Texas. His practice focuses primarily on trial law in the areas of employment, patent litigation, civil rights defense of government entities, and commercial litigation. Mr. Craft has significant experience with local counsel representation of internationally known companies. Mr. Craft’s focus on patent litigation provides insight into the Eastern District of Texas and also allows for cost-effective assistance in document production and discovery matters.
In the area of employment law, Mr. Craft primarily represents employers in all types of litigation. He also is an experienced advisor on issues geared towards the prevention of litigation.
His representation also includes the successful defense of governmental entities at the summary judgment stage of litigation and through trial. Mr. Craft also has considerable experience in civil rights cases.
As a commercial lawyer, Mr. Craft represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Craft is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas in addition to the state courts in Texas.
